DISCOUNT TERMS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. By filling out the form you are entitled to 1 discount code which gives you 5% off your next booking at any of our 3 studios. You will be sent this one-off code over email.

2. The discount will only apply to one booking - the booking can be multiple days but these must be consecutive days with no breaks between. ​

​

3. The code can only be used once.

​

4. It is ultimately up to the discretion of the studio manager if they feel that discount codes are being abused or re-used, and Klatch Studio reserves the right to withhold the offer if the studio manager believes the client company is acting in bad faith.

5. The 5% discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount offers. For example you may not combine this offer with a student discount or tiny-crew discount.

5. All bookings booked using the discount code are still beholden to the same terms and conditions of booking as other bookings. Please see our main Ts & Cs on the website.

6. All discount codes must be used before the end of 2024: to be eligible for the discount the first day of your booking must fall within 2024. 

​

7. If you need to cancel or postpone your booking date, our normal cancellation terms apply. If you cancel 5+ days in advance of the booking date you will be refunded the full amount paid and will be able to use your discount code on the next booking. If you cancel/postpone your booking within 4 days of the start of the booking, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a full refund or to allow re-use of the same code on your next booking.
