We recently had the pleasure of welcoming headshot photographer Norton O'Hara to our multipurpose photography studio, Studio 4 for a full-day creative shoot. He was working with four different clients across the day, each with a range of looks and tones in mind. Norton brought a lot of energy to the studio and it turned into a great example of how much variety you can achieve in a single day.

Norton achieved a range of looks for each of his clients, by changing up backgrounds, lighting, poses and mood each time.

About The Studio

Studio 4 is our smallest studio, but a great cosy space for portraits and headshots of all kinds. During the daytime, the large windows allow for great daylight to come into the space so you can use all the natural light to your advantage - or it can be fully blacked out and you can make sure of our flash lighting kit - the Pixapro Lumi II 400s, which comes included with a studio booking: 3 flash heads, 2 softboxes and a translucent umbrella.

Also included in the studio booking is a choice of Colorama paper backdrops - these are super straightforward to set up, and a really easy but effective way of giving each portrait a totally different feel. Other backdrops like textured fabrics and pop-up screens are also extremely versatile and perfect for a shoot like this where you need to achieve a range of different moods and looks within a short timeframe.

There's a makeup corner built into the space, and tea and coffee for all guests. Our team is always happy to help with any queries!
